So I guess that, compared with comment #1, we got about ~250ms init
improvement, about 800ms suspend improvement and about 300ms resume
improvement. That looks good, but we still have a long way to do for the
theoretical 50ms :)

I also expect some improvements on the HDMI and/or DP code, so if you'd like to
test one of these, it would be nice to compare.
