That feature is already implemented. What is wrong here is that the DP provides
no EDID, so we assume that is a GTF capable monitor and generate some default
GTF modelines. The panel is not GTF capable. But since it doesn't provide the
EDID we have no way of telling, so instead the alternative mechanisms of
passing modelines to the kernel should be used (the EDID blob, video=).
