i'm feeling stupid.

i have a script which builds my environment but i did not clean it up right so
it took the old 3.5 kernel instead of the 3.8 which i thought the system was
running. It still does not work the way i'm hoping but that could be something
else then this one. (black screen)

I'll have another look and will file a new bug if necessary.

I'm very sorry for bugging you guys with this.
