Different adapter, so might be different bug. Until we know for sure it's
simpler to keep a separate report. Mathias, can you please file one with
drm.debug=0xe dmesg when the issue happens and the above details.

If you can bisect in addition where your regression has been introduced, that
would be really helpful in tracking down the bug ...
