Ok, there seem to be no surprises left in there now. For whatever reason the
HDMI/DVI connection is invisible during early boot, and is because of that
never enabled.

What I suspect we need to do here is run hotplug after the dock is enabled, as
I presume we need to run some ACPI firmware before we can see connections
beyond it.
