intel_pm.c patch against linux 3.10.1

So far the changes in that patch are working well in linux 3.10.1 as well (I've
done five suspend/resume cycles without any issues).

I had to modify it slightly for 3.10 though, so I've attached what I'm trying
in case anyone else wants to try it out.
