So, in fact, the reason why we don't expose those modes is because we have a
small gap in our EDID parsing. The CEA HDMI vendor block has a special list of
VICs for the 4k modes that we don't parse yet. I've checked and the edid above
does have those bits, it's just a matter of writing the patch now (I'll do it
next week as I'm off Wed-Fri)
