Ok, we have one big mess here. The original bug was indeed fixed with the patch
I've merged.

The calltrace in the last attachment
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=79380 is a different bug. Note
that the WARN hit in there is _only_ executed on Haswell platforms.

Furthermore the calltraces in the 2nd attachment are yet another bug (since I
don't see any failed modeset there).

To keep things all neatly organized I think it's better to closed this bug here
as fixed and open new reports for any other issues.

I think we should discuss BKMs around filing calltrace bug reports in todays
meeting.
