Bug detailed description:

It fails on Ironlake with 3.9.5 kernel.It also happens on Kernel:
(linux-3.9.y)4bb08696fab71294c8f1c134a21be9159f82ba08(3.9.3).
It works well on latest drm-intel-next-queued and drm-intel-fixes kernel.
