OK, thanks.

Please boot with initcall_debug in the kernel command line, set pm_async back
to 1 and try to reproduce the issue (by suspending and resuming).  Once you've
reproduced it, please attach the part of dmesg corresponding to the last
("failing") suspend-resume cycle.
