Actually, the only interesting case for the delayed work patch is the machines
that were _fixed_ by the affecting commit "write backlight harder" (e.g.
original reporter's Dell machine).  We need to know whether these machines
still work with the delayed work patch.  Honestly speaking, I doubt it.

The machines that got broken by the "write backlight harder" commit are
basically not so interesting for now.  It's known that writing BLC_PWM_CPU_CTL
register again recovers the backlight at any moment on such machines.
