My experiments so far indicate that the errors only happen with rendering to
the uncached frontbuffer, are not influenced by the number of rectangles in
each primitive (though the failure does occur at different frequencies) and do
not respond to adding extra MI_FLUSH. I don't think attaching examples of fail
will help, as the next step will be trying to dissect the GPU state and work
out why fragments fail inside a single shader.
