OK, will test the newest patch, naturally must fix the real issue.

A question though about EDP bpp - even after the link training issue fixed, if
the quirk is not applied, isn't the result that an incorrect 18 bpp value will
be used instead of the desired 24 bpp, due to the incorrect EDP bpp value? Or
is the conclusion about edp bpp value being invalid not true?
