Hi,

after the upgrade to Linux 3.11 triple monitor support does not work anymore
with intel graphics card.
My machine is a dell latitude e6230 and triple monitor support works good with
3.10.9. With 3.11 or higher the third monitor doesn't display anything at boot
time and xrandr breaks with the message "Configure crtc 2 failed".
