This issue also exists on one HSW desktop, it's a unique problem on this
desktop platform, S4 100% resume hang. Another HSW desktop can resume
correctly, Reliability tests are on the way. Other platform like ULT and mobile
is not the same. ULT is good, mobile S4 reboot.
