Can't test patch in attachment 107384 right now (will do later today), but
while the changes look well and reasonable, since you say SUPPORTS_EDP should
be true for TX300, I can't see how the changes would solve the bug with the
TX300.
Wouldn't fixing require changing the min_t (int, 24, 18) clause in intel_dp.c?
Perhaps by triggering on recognizing the device?
