I've submitted the comment #108 patch ("drm/i915: i915.disable_pch_pwm
overrides PCH_PWM_ENABLE quirk") to the intel-gfx and linux-kernel mailing
lists.

I'll submit backports to stable kernels which picked up the previous XPS13
quirk patch (3.2 through 3.10) after it lands in mainline.
