i915_error_state after GPU hang

Lenovo ThinkPad X220.

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Intel Corporation 2nd Generation Core
Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller [8086:0126] (rev 09)

Running Linux 3.10.7 from the Debian linux-image-3.10-2-amd64 package, version
3.10.7-1.

Running X server 1.12.4 (xserver-xorg-core 2:1.12.4-6.2+b2), and version
2.21.15 of the Intel driver (xserver-xorg-video-intel 2:2.21.15-1).

Hit several GPU hangs:

i915_error_state attached.
