Finally another freeze.

After setting up sshd, logging into the computer with the frozen xserver, "gdb

Guess I'll try running with actual debug symbols compiled in next…

Interestingly though: After killing X via ssh I did get back to my VT login
getty (I don't use a display manager), but it still wouldn't accept keyboard
input. Its prompt didn't blink, either.

Rebooting with Ctrl-Alt-Del worked, though.
