drewvs: I'm a bit more optimistic than that as the previous issue I reported
here in #73694 Daniel Vetter provided a patch that fixed it very quickly.
Even though this is a *VERY* annoying issue when I'm using the laptop without
an external monitor, I'm hoping that if I can provide the kernels devs where
with enough information, they can figure out what the issue is or at least a
workaround.
