Don't worry about the dupe; it's *way* more confusing when info is added to an
existing bug when the issues turn out to *not* be the same bug!

Some 3.15 release candidate will get the fix first, but we'll fix this for 3.14
stable releases as well - which 3.14.point release it will be is out of our
control.
