Imo we should attempt to refill the gte ptes with stolen memory entries. That
should address both the snb and hsw issue and looks more solid than trying to
block all access to memory. Which apparently can kill the system.

Someone from our side was signed up to do the testing but that didn't seem to
happen. Meh ...
