    sna: Preallocate cursors

    We need to avoid all allocations within the signal handlers, so
    preallocate the cursor structs.

    sna: Preallocate pwrite scratch buffer for old fashioned cursor updates

    We need to avoid all allocations within the signal handlers, so
    preallocate the transfer buffer.
