Tested and you're right, this not necessary. Only '"NoAccel" "True"' fixed
this.

The correct xorg.conf:

Section "Device"
    Identifier "card0"
    Driver "intel" 
#   Option "Dri" "False"
    Option "NoAccel" "True"
