BTW can you also build a kernel from this branch:
git://gitorious.org/vsyrjala/linux.git cdclk_7

It won't fix the problem (for that try Jesse's patch), but that kernel will
print the cdclk frequency we deduce from varous registers, and I'd be
interested in seeing how the 0xcc register correlates with that on your
machine. You need to boot the kernel with drm.debug=0xe to make it report the
frequency.
