==Bug detailed description==

VGA port unable to work. If boot system with VGA monitor, the system stopped at
"Starting new kernel"(please refer to snapshot in attachment.); If boot system
with DP monitor then plug in VGA, VGA monitor unable to detected.

1. Boot the system with VGA monitor
