So that we are completely clear, the issue is that when docked, the system
enumerates available displays and ends up enabling the internal display but not
the external display hooked up to VGA through DP->VGA bridge?

Assuming so, does this only occur during hot-dock, or does this also fail if
you suspend-resume while docked, or power-on while the device is already
docked?
