[PATCH] drm/i915: Kill check_power_well() calls

Thanks to Jani we may now have a real idea why it gets so slow with the
get/put. This patch should hopefully fix it. Please test.

Skipping the pps_lock/unlock for DP ports might still be worthwile though.
