I am still experiencing this issue in Fedora 20 with kernel
3.12.8-300.fc20.x86_64 on MacBookAir6,2.

Why is this bug marked NEEDINFO? Can we get some clarity on what testers with
this hardware can do to help troubleshoot this?

Is there any way to implement the fix from mba6x_bl directly in the proper
driver? mba6x_bl works for me, so obviously whatever the intel driver is doing
wrong could be corrected with a patch.
