Dual display is confirmed working after firmware upgrade.

I'm dual booting Arch Linux (uname -r: kernel 3.12.9-2-ARCH) and Windows 7 on a
Thinkpad T440 and using the Thinkpad Pro Dock; after installing dock firmware
version 2.17.00 linked above on Windows and rebooting into Arch, dual display
(monitor model Acer V236HL) is confirmed working over DVI, including extended
desktop.
