So yeah looks like it comes up w/ DSI is enabled at 1368x768 resolution.

Forcing the VGA output on, just happens to enable the pipe w/ the correct
resolution and things just work.

I don't really know how the pixel clock ends up working since we've now enabled
both the DPLLA and DSI PLL on the same pipe. I would expect those two to
conflict somehow, but I guess not.
