Here is another dmesg after first resume. There are some more warnings compared
to the stock Ubuntu kernel, but the main one (PLL related) is the same:

Updated Git kernel image is building right now. I noticed there is a
"intel-fixes-2014-07-03" branch in the Git repo, is this something worth trying
out for me?
Anything else I can help with? Provide access to appropriate hardware perhaps?
