[Bug 73037] [BYT]igt/many kms_flip subcases randomly fail with *ERROR* failed to train DP, aborting

Apply these 2 patches and test it on igt commit b6ed9fb0d9a68.
Run 4 cycles, "*ERROR* failed to train DP, aborting" doesn't appear. But
reports "*ERROR* mismatch in has_dp_encoder (expected 1, found 0)".
