After upgrading to:

xorg-server        1.16.0
xf86-video-intel   2.99.914

on Arch Linux 64 bit (kernel 3.15.7), every time the computer is started,
display brightness is pushed to 100%.

Before this upgrade, brightness level was restored to previous value.
