Yes, I'd like to see the reg dumps before and after the failure.

But also I'm curious about the dmesg output when it *works*. Could you attach a
dmesg with drm.debug=0xe from a good case where detection and edid read goes
right?

Does suspend/resume sequences aftect your results anyhow?
