Nearly, no stripes anymore, but now the window edges are effected: top right
which is a 8x18px and bottom left/right (4x4px). 

Those bottom edge corruptions sometimes keep their position relative to the top
edge, ie if I enlarge the window to the top they get 'pulled' into the window
border.
