Log is attached, about when did the issue appear, I wasn't aware of it until
3.15-rc8, about the other versions:

- 3.2.0-4-amd64 doesn't have the issues (but is too old to even mount my
version of btrfs)
- 3.15-rc3 experiences the same issues
- 3.15 experiences the same issues
- 3.14 doesn't have issues
My guess is that this is something that appeared with the changes in 3.15, I am
currently compiling the 3.14.8 to check on that version just to verify.
