Still not working for me with a 3.16rc2 kernel with a few other Baytrail
patches (not video-related). If I build a live image with such a kernel and try
to boot it, the screen goes blank right after very early kernel boot messages.
After some time (couple of minutes), it lights up again showing a few lines of
intel errors:

[drm:dpi_send_cmd] *ERROR* Timeout waiting for DPI FIFO empty.
[drm:intel_dsi_clear_device_ready] *ERROR* DSI LP not going Low
[drm:intel_pipe_config_compare] *ERROR* mismatch in
adjust_mode.flags(DRM_MODE_FLAG_MHSYNC] (expected 2, found 0)

those are retyped from a photo of the screen, forgive any typos.
