Load the 2014Q1 release package kernel and other GFX components drivers:

1. Set the disk link power management policies to min_power.
For each host${i} directory inside /sys/class/scsi_host/, echo min_power >
host${i}/link_power_management_policy
2. Run ./turbostat tool to wait for the PC6 results, but we did not see any PC6
residency always show 0
