Looks a bit like #75724 with additional display corruption, feel free to close
if duplicate.

Hardware : Dell XPS 13 / i7-3537U
On Debian Jessie upgrading from mesa 9.2.2 to 10.1.0 leads to display
corruption in plasma-desktop/kwin, kwin crashes and GPU hangs reported by
dmesg.

Error dump attached.
