screen image of i915 kernel fault from Dell XPS11

The Lenovo had vt.handoff=7 on the cmdline and the Dell did not,
so I slapped that on the Dell cmdline and it booted, suspended/resumed,
but didn't reboot.

The good news is that the resulting crash showed on the screen -- image
attached.  Hopefully it gives a clue.
