using mplayer or gst-launch to play video file. no video output from the
monitor.
not regression fail. even old version(2014/02/14) can also reproduce this
issue.
notes:
    1. only BDW GT3 find this problem. BDW GT2 and HSW cannot reproduce.
    2. if add Option "NoAccel:true" into xorg.conf, cannot reproduce this
problem on BTW GT3

2. Testing Steps:

    1.boot up system
    2.run command "xinit &" to start X window
    3.run command "mplayer -vo vaapi -va vaapi media_org/sintel-hd480.mp4"
    4.check the monitor, there is no video output.
