I can confirm the same problem on a Toshiba Satellite P50-A 13" with
Haswell/Optimus Core i7 and nVidia GT 740M.

Analog output sound at correct pitch, HDMI output sound pitched up.

Passing i915.disable_power_well=0 solves the problem.
