[Bug 77372] Performance regression on Gen4 Intel GM45 GMA4500MHD

I've been able to workaround the stuttering by enabling the "TearFree" option
in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/20-intel.conf:

Section "Device"
   Identifier  "Intel Graphics"
   Driver      "intel"
   Option      "TearFree"    "true"
EndSection

HP EliteBook 840 G1 with Intel HD Graphics 4400, Linux 3.14.4, X.Org 1.15.1,
xf86-video-intel 2.99.911, GNOME 3.10

(This is a new notebook. Therefore I don't know if this problem has been
introduced recently.)
