There are two mandatory conditions for continuing debug:

- Don't use Nvidia binary-only driver
- Test with the latest upstream kernel

Unless there are satisfied, no upstream devs will work on any issues. 
Especially no excuse about the first item.

One when you get a clean system and tested the latest driver, you should be
able to get the information requested in comment 5.
