System boot fails on PNV with -nightly and -queued kernel. It doesn't happen on
-fixes kernel.
Bisect shows:7b7071a8b12a89f13888009ca176bab25c404290 is the first bad commit.

drm/i915: Covert remaining platforms to choose DPLLS before disabling CRTCs
Use the infrastructure added in a previous patch to choose shared DPLLs
and calculate clocks before touching the hardware.
v2: Don't set mode_set hooks since dev_priv is kzalloc()'d (Ville)
