Can you please grab the output of the following files:

/sys/module/snd_hda_intel/parameters/power_save
/sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:00:03.0/power/control
/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:02.0/power/autosuspend_delay_ms
/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:02.0/power/control

For debugging pls set autosuspend_delay_ms to "0", all control files to "auto"
and power_save to "1" with echo, e.g.

echo "1" > /sys/module/snd_hda_intel/parameters/power_save

If this is indeed a runtime pm bug then the above values should make it a lot
easier to reproduce, which would be a good hint for further debugging.
