Comment: This might or might not be connected to #84717. In the Xlog there are
entries that indicate that it was detected that the laptop was undocked:
[  5483.415] removing GPU device
/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:02.0/drm/card0/card0-DP-5 (null)
[  5484.975] removing GPU device
/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:02.0/drm/card0/card0-DP-4 (null)
[  5485.017] removing GPU device
/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:02.0/drm/card0/card0-DP-3 (null)

However those refer to DP-3, DP-4, and DP-5, rather than to the xrandr
designators used (DP2-1, DP2-2, DP2-3).
