This patch can fix the edp not light problem with R10 rework on BSW. Pls help
upstream the patch, thanks.

BSW RVP FAB2 with R9,R10,R11 rework
B1 CPU silicon
KSC is 1.02
BIOS: V36
RAM: 2x 2GB
OS: Ubuntu 14.04 x64
