Product: DRI
Version: XOrg CVS
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Linux (All)
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: DRM/Intel
Assignee: intel-gfx-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: ryao at gentoo.org
QA Contact: intel-gfx-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org

/sys/class/drm/card0/error
The following occurred on my Lenovo T520i laptop when I was trying to move my
mouse cursor in KDE Konsole (on Xorg) while an emerge to update miscellaenous
packages was almost finished in the background. It has a Nvidia GPU, but that
was disabled in UEFI.

[ 3759.553763] [drm] GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx
stack, including userspace.
[ 3759.553764] [drm] Please file a _new_ bug report on bugs.freedesktop.org
against DRI -> DRM/Intel
[ 3759.553766] [drm] drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right
component if it's not a kernel issue.
[ 3759.553767] [drm] The gpu crash dump is required to analyze gpu hangs, so
please always attach it.
